I’m a multidisciplinary professional with a background in IT, data analytics, and project coordination, shaped by global experience across industries and educational institutions. Over the years, I've led cross-functional teams, driven data-informed decisions, and supported large-scale international initiatives, while also pursuing my passion for creativity through graphic design, digital tools, and visual storytelling.

August 2024 - Present

  • Conducted quantitative data analysis for a multimillion-dollar international
    Energy Security Project. Find the research reports here.

  • Collaborated with international stakeholders (Japan and South Korea) to manage data sharing infrastructure and ensure secure, continuous operation of cross-border projects.

  • Manage a team of 5 graduate assistants across multiple concurrent projects
    providing technical training and mentorship.

  • Developed a review automation system to improve workflow efficiency, team
    coordination and improving review cycle efficiency by 40%.

Refugee Programs Coordinator

  • Oversaw readiness of over 400 residential units by managing turnover operations and coordinating incoming inventory for Afghan refugee families.

  • Ensured logistical coordination and occupancy planning to maintain smooth transition and housing availability.

Graduate Assistant

August 2019 - July 2021

Everyday work as a graduate assistant involves,

  • Charging the students for the study abroad applications and insurance

  • Answering insurance questions from students, parents, and faculties

  • Administer the health and safety compliance of students who are going abroad

  • Estimate and project the budget for the forthcoming year

  • Annually create the statistical report 

  • Compute and process the data whenever needed by different colleges at OSU

  • Prepare insurance coverage letters for students

  • Allocate New York Times subscription for the students who subscribed to it in their application

  • Processing the invoice of various events and activities done in our office

  • Support and work on other projects and tasks that are assigned

 

Some of the special projects that I worked on are,

  • Served as the technical support for zoom when our director was leading the NAFSA Region III Conference

  • Recorded the NAFSA Region III Conference sessions and created subtitles for the videos

  • Cleaned and compiled the course equivalency database for the next five years

  • Designed forms in Microsoft Forms to collect information and respond to the applicants automatically using Microsoft power automated

  • Redesigned and updated the partner university evaluation form ​

Senior Systems Engineer

Certifications and Training:

  • Completed two months ETA foundation program (Java, RDBMS, and Software Engineering) conducted by Infosys.

  • Completed one month of training in  SAP ABAP at Infosys Mysore, India.

  • Completed one month of training on SAP HCM (ES-FUNC-FP-ESAP-ACON-SAP-SAP-HCM) at Infosys Hyderabad, India.

Designed a Mobile Recharge Application Project in which we can have an account online with different payment modes to implement dialog programming in SAP ABAP during the Training Period at Mysore.

Client : One of the leading mining Company in Australia
Description : SAP Production Support and Maintenance project involves solving the issues raised by customers by analyzing the issue and communicating with them. The issues were related to Personnel Administration [PA], Organizational Management [OM], Time and Learning Solution [LSO] modules.
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Everyday work involved solving the issues raised by customers by analyzing the issue and communicating with them.

  • Worked in handling issues related to PA, MP, OM, and LSO modules.

  • Worked on data uploads related to LSO.

  • Coordinated with team members for Quality Support and Maintenance.

Work as a Senior Systems Engineer :

Client : Research-Based BioPharmaceutical Company
Technology : HPALM, DQL Editor, Selenium, FirstDoc
Description : This was an Agile project which involves the functional testing of the Lifecycle of a Document. It also involved testing the FirstDoc(Documentum) Application.
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understood the business requirements, developed test scenarios and test cases to test the end-to-end functionality of the application, and framed test data for quality deliverables.

  • Played SDET [Software Development Engineer in Test] role by developing utility tools to leverage the testing effort and used SQL queries to manipulate data stored in Database.
